Tired of the Elliptical Then try Tennis. I’ll start you off learning shots with a little running, then we can set goals for your fitness motivation. However you still need your strength training by lifting weights if your goal is to lose weight.

Cardio fitness is for anyone age! It’s geared towards helping you get motivated for weight loss or Tennis 🎾 goals getting ready for playing games while achieving goals.

CARDIO FITNESS is for building endurance and running for a Tennis Ball. Here you will be learning sprinting to the net for drop shots. Getting to a down the line the shot by doing Cardio and being able to reach to return the ball.
